Nikhil Srivastava

Nikhil is a highly organized and motivated individual, and is currently a Junior Control System Designer at Stratotegic. He is researching and developing components for Stratotegic’s advanced AI control and navigation system for High-Altitude Platform Stations. Nikhil recently completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering at Carleton University, specializing in Space Systems Design. During his 16-month Co-op tenure with the National Research Council of Canada’s Flight Research Laboratory, he contributed to the Canadian Vertical Lift Autonomy Demonstration (CVLAD) project, gaining valuable professional experience and technical skills, including flying in a fully autonomous helicopter and flying under micro-gravity conditions. As a 2024 Fellow Intern with the Zenith Canada Pathways Foundation, Nikhil is part of Canada’s only Space Fellowship program. He was involved in Carleton University’s CuSAT micro-satellite project as a member of the Attitude Determination and Control System team and participated in the CUInspace Rocketry Team.
