Diego is a software Engineering Intern at Stratotegic, where he has contributed across the full software and communications stack. His work includes developing the actuator command-and-control firmware for our flight systems, engineering a custom ground control station, and playing a key role in designing and implementing the satellite communications architecture for the StratoHab platform, enabling robust data links between payload and ground control.

He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering at Queen’s University and brings prior experience from the Queen’s Aerospace Design Team. This background, combined with his hands-on engineering capabilities, positions him strongly to tackle complex challenges in aerospace systems.
